Overall, my stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were welcoming and cozy, and the staff provided exceptional service. However, the dining options were limited, and the Wi-Fi had an additional cost. The location was convenient, close to the town centre and with easy access to shopping facilities.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had a jacuzzi, but things took a turn for the worse with cold tea served. The beds were indeed very comfortable, though. The service, particularly from the receptionist, was outstanding, and a big thank you to room service made my stay pleasant. However, the dining experience, except for the pastry at The Rib, was not fulfilling. The facilities, including the grilled dishes, were satisfactory.
